Entry Requirements:
Open to all BM Staff. To be nominated by the relevant manager

Eligibility:

• Individuals cannot nominate themselves
• The category is open to all BM staff, in any capacity: writing, design, pictures, website design or marketing
• The entrant must have been a staff member for 12 months and still be on the payroll of BM on 17th October, 2008

What the judges are looking for:

• Evidence of success in their particular field, especially in how the individual has made an impact so quickly
• If working on an editorial team - coming up with good, original ideas that both serve and reinvent a particular brand
• High quality execution that is better than their rivals

Judges:
The winners will be judged by two panels comprising senior executives within Bauer Media and a panel of external judges
 
Deadline:
All entries must be submitted no later than Midday Monday 18th August 2008
