Entry Requirements:
Open to all BM Staff. To be nominated by the relevant manager

Eligibility:

• Individuals cannot nominate themselves
• The category is open to all BM ‘backroom’ staff, plus contracted freelancers paid through the payroll – this covers everyone from editorial assistants and office managers to stars from accounts, IT and facilities
• All winners must still be on the payroll of BM on 17th October, 2008
• The entrant must have been with the company from August 2007

What the judges are looking for:

• Evidence of quality of service in their particular field. How the support person has elevated their role, and enhanced the brand or company in general    
• Supporting evidence from related departments — magazines, website, marketing etc. — to how the individual in question has proved to be outstanding
• How they have introduced new ideas to improve the smooth running of their own departments

Judges:
The winners will be judged by two panels comprising senior executives within Bauer Media and a panel of external judges
 
Deadline:
All entries must be submitted no later than Midday Monday 18th August 2008
